Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Austria):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.00 per order.

Deliveries Within Europe:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €15.00 per order. Additional customs fees may apply.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Austria (domestic) will occur within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–21 days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
